Our order process

1Will I receive a proof for approval prior to production?
Yes, once you submit the mock-up online. A proof will be emailed to your designated email address within 1-2 working days for final approval. Once approved, your order will be placed into production. Please ensure you check the proof carefully for errors and omissions. Your approval represents acceptance of full responsibility for all errors and omissions. Note: Once approved and production commences, any changes to the artwork may cause you to incur additional costs (this includes the cost of the printout already produced, redesign of artwork, etc.). Incomplete approvals will not be processed.
2Do you offer generic templates?
Yes, we do offer generic templates if you don’t want to customise your printout. You can email us directly at sales@evolveframes.com.au, highlighting your desired requirement and we will get our design team to create you your very own template.
3How long will my order take?
Order take approx. 2-3 working days for production from the approval date of artwork. Allow approx. 2-3 working days for delivery.
4Can I email you direct with personalised template instructions?
Yes, you sure can. You can email us directly at sales@evolveframes.com.au with your instructions and photos (please be specific) and we’ll email through a proof for final approval.
5Can I buy the personalised printout without getting a frame?
Yes, both our generic and customised printouts can be order without a frame.
6What colours do the matboard come in?
Our matboards only come in white. However, if we get interest in coloured matboards, it is something that we will look into for the future.
